Returns & Exchanges Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
For exchanges and returns, customers cover return shipping at a $10 flat rate.
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement at no additional cost.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you can log in to your account using the email you used to make the purchase. A one-time password will be sent to your account, allowing you to manage your orders and select Request a Return.
If you encounter any issues with logging in, please email us at info@nellojune.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for return
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Timeframe for Returns
We must receive your returned items within 5 days of your return request in order to process a refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, and the cost will be deducted from your original purchase amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order immediately and send us a picture to info@nellojune.com. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue and make things right.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
