Shipping Timeframe
All orders ship from the U.S. within 1-3 businesss days. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you right away.
Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery date. See our Return Policy page for more details. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping, and the cost will be deducted from your original purchase amount.

Please ensure that shipping details provided at the checkout are correct as once the order is shipped we cannot redirect. This includes Delivery address, and Post/Zip code.
Shipping Methods & Rates
All orders are shipped from the USA. For domestic (U.S.) orders, all duties and tariffs are already included in the price — there are no additional charges at checkout.
United States:
Free shipping on all domestic orders over $250 USD.

U.S. Territories:
We also ship to U.S. territories, and the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

International:
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express from the USA. Import duties, taxes (including VAT), and fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by DHL or your local customs authority upon delivery.
Tracking & Delivery
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Most orders are delivered within 4-10 business days, depending on location.
Delays may occur during peak periods such as Black Friday, or due to weather or shipping disruptions.
Route Protection
We strongly encourage you to opt in for our Route Package Insurance as we are not responsible for lost and stolen packages.
Please note, if you opted for Route coverage, this fee is non-refundable if you return your items.

Where is My Order?
Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.
How Does Route Work?
If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

How Does Route Process Refunds or Reorders?
Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes if the merchant has Automatic Issue Resolution enabled.
In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded.
Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.
When Should I File a Claim?
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
- Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
- Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
- For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
- For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
Damaged
- Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
